Oct. 27: Officers served civil process for the city.
Oct. 28: Police took a report of an abandoned vehicle and provided funeral escort.
Oct. 29: Officers took reports of suspicious activity as well as a report of two-year-old child left alone in a vehicle. Police also provided funeral escort.
Oct. 30: Police addressed a property dispute that turned out to be a civil matter. Officers also took a report of door-to-door sales without a permit.
Oct. 31: Officers addressed a protection from abuse violation, assisted with Trick or Treat Main St., and located drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop in which charges are pending.
Nov. 1: Police responded to reports of a protection from abuse violation, vehicle damage, removed road debris, and provided an escort for Hillsboro high school volleyball team.
Nov. 2: Officers took a dog complaint, removed a tree branch from the roadway, and addressed a child custody dispute. Police also responded to a minor traffic accident on private property in which the damage was minor and no report was required.
