Jan. 19: Officers performed a welfare check and took a reckless driver complaint.

Jan. 21: Police collected four abandoned bicycles.

Jan. 22: Officers recovered stolen property and returned it to the owner. Police also investigated a protection from abuse order violation.

Thursday: Police investigated illegal trash dumping and took a parking complaint.

Friday: Police took a parking complaint and performed seatbelt patrol at the elementary school.

Saturday: Officers investigated a protection from abuse order violation, took a parking complaint, and performed a child custody investigation.

PEABODY POLICE

Thursday: Police arrested Richard Todd Litton on a Marion County felony warrant. Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of N. Olive St. The case was turned over to the Department for Children and Families for further investigation.

Saturday: Police took a report of criminal damage to property at Peabody City Park where a door had been damaged on a storage building behind the round house.
