Oct. 22 — Officers assisted with a fuel spill at the industrial park, returned lost items to their owner, and assisted a motorist on US-56.
Oct. 23 — Officers responded to a verbal domestic disturbance in the 400 block of S. Ash St. and investigated a report of a suspicious person in the 100 block of E. Grand St.
Oct. 24 — Officers performed a welfare check in the 300 block of N. Lincoln St. and investigated a dog complaint at A and Wilson Sts.
Oct. 25 — Officers took a report of an identity theft case that was out of another jurisdiction and investigated a traffic complaint on 190th Rd.
Thursday — Officers assisted a motorist at the sports complex and investigated a dog complaint at D and Washington Sts.
Friday — Officers intervened in a child custody dispute and welfare concern; investigated a report in the 300 block of N. Main St. of a person out of control who was taken to Hillsboro Community Hospital for evaluation; responded to a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of N. Lincoln St. in which charges are now pending; and took a report of an attempted scam.
Saturday — Officers removed a traffic obstruction on Ash St. and investigated a skunk complaint on Willow Dr.

October 26 — Police did a record check for Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission. Officers investigated a domestic battery in the 100 block of North Walnut St. Charges are pending.
Saturday — Officers took a report of vandalism in the 200 block of S. Olive St. The street was spray-painted. Felicia Wood was arrested for driving while revoked and no proof of insurance.
Sunday — Officers assisted with a child custody exchange.
