Aug. 24: Officers took a dog complaint, a report of a missing wallet, and a report of suspicious activity.
Aug. 25: Police responded to two fire alarms at Tabor College, took a traffic complaint, a forgery complaint, and report of a reckless driver.
Aug. 26: Officers took two dog complaints and responded to a minor non-injury accident.
Aug. 27: Police took a report of theft.
Thursday: Officers assisted the health department with the “Bucks for Buckles” program at USD 410 and took a trespass complaint.
Friday: Officers took a dog complaint, a traffic complaint, and an underage use of tobacco complaint. Police also responded to an animal welfare concern.
Saturday: Officers checked an abandoned vehicle, assisted with a stranded motorist, took a dog complaint, and responded to a report of a possible domestic disturbance.

Aug. 19: Police assisted Marion County Sheriff’s officers in a child-in-need-of-care case.
Aug. 20: Police assisted Newton Police with a case of misuse of a financial card. A Westview Manor resident made an unauthorized entry into a home and has been fitted with an electronic device to prevent a reoccurrence.
Aug. 21: Officers investigated an injury accident at Peabody-Burns Elementary School parking lot. The incident remains under investigation.
Sat.: Officers assisted with a civil dispute.
