March 15: A missing dog was recovered. There was a noise complaint in the 200 block of S. Birch St., and a welfare check at Tabor College.

March 16: Police took a skunk complaint in the 600 block of E. C St., and two commercial alarms in the 100 block of S. Main St.

March 17: Several juveniles were given a verbal warning for trespassing and damage to property for climbing on top of downtown businesses. Several curfew violators were also removed from Memorial Park. Police took two noise complaints, two dog complaints, a parking complaint, a harassment complaint, and took a report of suspicious activity.

March 18: A man filed a vehicle complaint in the 200 block of S. Birch St. telling officers that his neighbor leaves his vehicle running for long periods. An abandoned bike was picked up on C. St.

Thursday: There was a damage complaint in the 100 block of S. Main St., and a parking complaint at Adams and C Sts.

Friday: A person was fingerprinted for employment, a report of possible identity theft in the 400 block of N. Ash St., and two curfew violations.

Saturday: A reckless driver was reported in the 100 block of E. Grand St.
