Random Thoughts
The grandchildren of Norma Hannaford wrote this final column in her memory.
Just wanted to let you know that I am fine and having the best journey ever. Heaven is a glorious place and definitely worth the 106 years I waited to get here.
I have had wonderful trips in my lifetime but nothing that can compare to this. If I were on Earth, I would for sure need to write a book about this experience.
I have met people over my lifetime that have become cherished friends, business associates, and just acquaintances but all of you have played such an important role in my life. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for that.
Your love and support over the years will be a dear memory for me to cherish. God bless you all for the enrichment you gave to my life.
I have many tales I could tell such as the ones I have shared in my columns, but my time is done now and I will leave it to someone else.
To my family, I will miss you but will love and cherish you all and watch out for you from above. Don’t forget the many times we shared together, the advice I always was glad to give and above all, remember the family bonds that keep it strong long after I am gone.
Thank you to all my readers and know it meant just as much to me to visit with you each week by newspaper as if I were sitting and having a personal chat and tea with each of you individually.
This will be my last “Random Thoughts” column. Adios, as I said in my column two weeks ago, until we meet again.
