Roger and Betty Richmond of Marion announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Keri Richmond of Marion, to Charlie Helmer of Haven, son of Ladd and Luci Helmer of Marion.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Hutchinson Community College. St. Luke Hospital employs her as a radiologic technologist.

Her fiancé is a graduate of Butler Community College. He is employed as a customer service representative by Cargill-Salt of Hutchinson.

The couple plan to marry June 11 at Marion Reservoir.
