Rusty Dean Ballinger

Ralph Ballinger and Jessica Slater of Florence announce the birth of a son, Rusty Dean Ballinger, at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 21.

Rusty weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces and was 19 inches long.

Grandparents are Ralph and Susan Ballinger of El Dorado, Hector and Lisa Mosqueda of Peabody, and Mark and Cindy Slater of Florence.

Great-grandparents are Janice Brundage of Peabody and the late Stanley Brundage, JoAnn Knak of Hillsboro and the late Michael Knak, Bob and Phyllis Slater of Newton, and Dewey and Jane Stevens of Florence.
