Mike and Carolyn Bell of Ogallala, Neb., announce the birth of their daughter, Samantha Dian Bell, Feb. 25 at Ogallala Community Hospital, Ogallala.

She weighed 7 pounds, 4.4 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Her brother, Connor Michael, 3, welcomed her home.

Delmer and Donna Fink of Florence and the late Bernard Weber, and Joan Bell of Sidney, Neb., and the late Donald Bell are her grandparents.

Great-grandmother is Gertrude Weber of Elmdale.
