The close of the school year is underway at Marion High School. Today is the last day of class for graduating seniors, as well as graduation rehearsal and baccalaureate. The baccalaureate service will be at 7 p.m. at Eastmoor United Methodist Church.

Thursday events include the pops concert, awards night, and art show beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the performing arts center.

Marion High School graduation is scheduled for 4 p.m. Saturday in the sports and aquatic center.

Eighth-graders’ last day of school is Tuesday, and the last day of school for all students is May 22 with early release at 1 p.m.

The high school athletic banquet is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. May 21 in the sports and aquatic center, according to the school calendar online.

Centre

Friday will be the last day for Centre High School seniors. Graduation is at 2 p.m. Sunday in the gym.

Kindergarten promotion and junior high promotion and awards will be Monday. Kindergarten promotion will be at 2 p.m., and junior high promotion will be at 7 p.m.

Tuesday will be Centre’s last day of school, with early dismissal at noon.
