A trip is planned for Tuesday to visit Rolling Hills Wildlife Adventure in Salina. For more information or to sign up, call Shirley Moore at (620) 382-3758.

The center is also planning another trip to the Crown Uptown Oct. 22 to see “Chicago”.

Val Morgan celebrated her birthday Sept. 17 by bringing treats to the center.

Judy Dannenfelser brought a unique Christmas tree skirt made with her father’s bowties.

Those attending the Senior Fair in Salina Sept. 22 from Marion were Marlene Andus, Shirley Bowers, Janet Bryant, Estelle McCarty, Sue Clough, Jerry Kline, Caleb Abbott, Virginia Downing, Leonard Klassen, and Gayla Ratzlaff. Ralph and Luella Popp helped at the center.

Tickets for the Marion County Senior Citizens annual meeting are available. The meeting will be Oct. 15 at the Hillsboro Senior Center.

Hilltop residents came to the center Sept. 23 for lunch.

Gerry Mills won the penny jar contest.

Harry Bennett gave a presentation Sept. 23 about his trip to Japan with the Kansas Organic Growers.

Gayla Ratzlaff, coordinator for Marion County Department of Elderly, will give a presentation Oct. 7.
