Seniors keep busy

The center had a nutrition presentation Aug. 28, “Think your drink.” Handouts compared juice, milk, and soda by cost and nutritional values.

June and Lois Jost came to the center Aug. 31 to celebrate June’s 92nd birthday.

Norine Holtsclaw brought a painting to put on the easel.

Shirley Bowers brought a vase of flowers she had grown.

Mayor Mary Olson gave a presentation Sept. 2 at the center. There was a lot of audience participation, questions, and complaints.

Fire chief Mike Regnier will give a presentation Sept. 16.
