Several brought Barbies — Shirley Bowers, Mary Ann Timm, and Norine Holtsclaw. I brought Barbies owned by granddaughters Erin Carr and Lauren Helmer. Thelma Blosser brought a tree topper carousel with a Barbie on it.
Retired hospital personnel ate with us March 11. Richard and Joyce Kellison visited from Emporia that day.
Sue Clough brought a quilt she had won during the weekend.
The program March 11 was given by Donna Becker of Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice. Her topic was humor and how it adds to our quality of life.
Join us March 25 when Nancy Pihl will present a talk, “Sleep: Want it, need it, get it!” We may decide to wear robes and fuzzy slipper that day.
