At Senior Center Day on May 16, the group voted to be proactive about future utility bills by donating extra money for meals.
“We value the meals and our meal-delivery program, which are valuable to the community,” said director Janet Bryant. “We deliver an average of 24 meals per day.”
Jean Bailey brought treats for her birthday May 15.
The Harvest House group visited the center for lunch May 11. Shirley Bowers presented Bryant with an Elvis teddy bear that plays “All Shoot Up,” while shaking. Bryant demonstrated it for everyone.
