Incident Reports

An individual was arrested at 4 p.m. March 30 in the 200 block of South Fourth Street, Marion, on a Marion County warrant.

A driver was apprehended on U.S. 50 near milepost 289 at 6:35 p.m. April 2 on U.S. 50 after reports were received of a reckless driver. The driver was reportedly passing vehicles in no passing zones and on shoulders.

An anhydrous ammonia tank trailer was taken from a business on U.S. 77 and Broadway Street, Burns, April 2. The loss was valued at $10,000.

An incident occurred at 2:45 a.m. April 3, in the 3500 block of Vista Road, Ramona, when the driver of a 1996 Ford Taurus struck the rear of a 2000 Chevrolet Camaro. A chase ensued with the driver of the Ford intentionally ramming the Chevrolet. It was determined that it was a domestic dispute.

Intruders gained entry to a machine shed in the 900 block of Diamond Road, Goessel, at 1 a.m. April 4, when a chain was cut that was padlocked to both doors. A chain saw and a Craftsman screwdriver set were taken. The items were valued at $35. Damage to the padlock was estimated at $10.
