Four-wheeler stolen

Frederic Burns, 1612 60th Road, Peabody, reported his 2008 Artic Cat four-wheeler had been taken from his residence sometime between 6 p.m. Jan. 29 and 10 a.m. Jan. 30. The loss was estimated at $5,000.

Criminal damage at county jail

An inmate in the Marion County Jail plugged a toilet in a cell with a trash bag at 7:45 p.m. Feb. 1, and then flushed the toilet, causing water to run onto the floor and into other cells. The water went through the ceiling on the first floor and onto carpet, causing $170 in damages. The inmate then threw the water from the toilet on a correctional officer.
