Theft

Kenneth Henson, 2209 Kanza Road, Hillsboro, reported someone broke into his residence and took guns, coins, fishing tackle, chain saws, and power tools while he was out of town. He reported the incident Jan. 23.

Battery

A child custody disturbance occurred at 10:05 a.m. Feb. 5 at 526 Lawrence Street, Durham, resulting in a physical altercation.

ATV theft

A red, Arctic Cat 500 all-terrain vehicle, valued at $3,000, was taken sometime between Dec. 30 and Feb. 8 from a building near a residence at 1160 Pawnee Road, Peabody, owned by Melvin E. Flaming. The ATV was recovered Feb. 10 in Lyons.
