Criminal damage to properties

Dale Andrew Nellans, 859 Nighthawk Road, Peabody, reported someone entered his property Feb. 18 at 1725 E. 90th Road, Peabody, damaging a door, door jam, and breaking three windows. Damages were estimated at $600.

Marion County road and bridge employees reported someone pulled a railroad crossing signpost out of the ground and placed it in a ditch Feb. 19 at 2325 360th Road, Lost Springs. Vandals also broke a Marion County Line signpost and placed it in a ditch. Damages were estimated at $75.
