Marion County sheriff’s office submitted the following report:

Drug possession

A deputy stopped a vehicle at 12:30 a.m. March 13 on U.S. 77 at 140th Road for crossing the centerline. The deputy smelled marijuana and searched the vehicle, recovering a grinder with marijuana, a small bag with marijuana residue, and a small wooden box with a pipe. The driver was arrested and accused of use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
