Battery

Carl Jimmy Anderson, 73, Portis, reported being hit by an acquaintance in the 100 block of West Fifth Street in Florence. Anderson suffered an apparent minor injury.

Domestic battery; criminal damage to property

Tonia Lisa Lewis, 25, reported that her common law spouse, who had been drinking, hit her at 1:01 a.m. June 22 in the 100 block of West Third Street in Florence and damaged a 1994 Lincoln’s windshield, valued at $200. She suffered apparent minor injuries.

Burglary; theft

Kristin N. Brewer of Newton reported that a tubing tube, three water-skis, five fishing poles, and four life vests, together valued at $900, were stolen between June 16 and 25 from a home on Lakeshore Drive at Marion County Park and Lake.

Criminal damage to property

A tombstone valued at $1,500 was damaged between June 13 and 23 at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Florence.

Theft

David L. Rempel, Peabody, reported that a 10-foot utility trailer valued at $600 was stolen between June 22 and 23 at 40th and Mustang Roads, Peabody.
