Dale and Loretta “Tootsie” (Richmond) Snelling, Wonsevu, are celebrating their 55th wedding anniversary Aug. 20. They were married in 1960 at St. Mark’s Catholic church, Marion.

Children of the couple are Danny and Tammy Snelling and Sherry and Keith Hess, all of Marion, Leann and Mark Lewman of Sedgwick, and Dean Snelling of Goessel. They have 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
