Summer reading about to blast off

The 50th anniversary of men landing on the moon will be celebrated with a Universe of Stories theme for this summer’s reading program at Marion City Library.

The program, for preschoolers through students completing eighth grade, will begin Monday and continue through June 12.

Participants can win prizes while enjoying reading, keeping their reading skills sharp, and getting ahead in school.
