Tampa received more rain March 23 and 24. Although the moisture is no longer particularly welcome, at least it did not freeze to ice this time.
Sydney Smith spent March 23 with her great-grandmother, Lucille Kerbs.
Georgia Spohn met Lenora Graham and Paulette Zook of Florence March 22 in Hillsboro. They attended the Learning in Retirement program at Tabor College and had dinner out in Marion.
Tom and Dee Duggan attended the annual Knights of Columbus dinner. Byron Noeth of Ramona is the Grand Knight.
Jane Vajnar attended the American Association of Retired People driving school March 22 and 23 in Peabody.
Lorida Crippen of Denver and Sharon Holleday of Lincoln, Neb., were visitors March 20 of their aunt, Tillie Hein. They took Hein out to dinner.
Connie Thompson, Allison, and Taylor of Abilene picked up Lucille Kerbs in the afternoon March 19 and took her to Hutchinson to spend the night. On March 20, they attended a volleyball tournament to watch Taylor play. The Abilene Aces won first place. Allison helped coach the team. Doug Thompson joined them in the afternoon and Glenn Kerbs of Dodge City met them and took Lucille to Wichita. They went to the home of Reuben and Cristy Kerbs to celebrate their daughter Charlotte’s third birthday with other friends and relatives. Glenn took Lucille home and spent the night March 20.
Nikki Stenzel spent March 13 and 14 with Tom and Lori Moldenhauer and visited her grandparents, Frank and Anna Mae Stika, March 14.
