Adeline Bernhardt was a supper and overnight guest April 8 of Barney and Linda Bernhardt and Megan of Wichita. Additional evening visitors were John and Debra Haynes, Hailey and Heather. Adeline spent Thursday through Monday with Carl and Kathy Hubbard in Wellington. They attended Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and an Easter breakfast and service at Calvary Lutheran Church.

Barney and Linda Bernhardt were supper guests Wednesday of his mother, Adeline Bernhardt.

Georgia Spohn met Lenora Graham of Florence in Hillsboro Tuesday and enjoyed dinner together.

Sunflower Senior Citizens met Tuesday at the senior center with Carol Zaideman and Shirley Zaideman as hostesses. Following a potluck dinner, Gary presented a program on railroad safety with good information. Others in attendance were Don Zaideman, Jim and Mary Clemmer, Tom and Dee Duggan, Frank Patton, Adeline Bernhardt, Leona Kleiber, Margaret Jirak, Tillie Hein, Carole Spohn, and Jane Vajnar.

Sydney Smith spent a few hours Wednesday with her great-grandmother, Lucille Kerbs. Ashton Kerbs visited briefly when she picked up Sidney.

Lynn and Peggy Kleiber and Nicholas and Adrian Everhart were hosts for Easter dinner at their home in Salina. Guests were Tim and Amanda Baxa of Kansas City, Dale and Andrea Klenda and Elijah, Terry and Cindy Vinduska of Marion, Dean and Becky Routh, Melody, Allison, and Danielle of Augusta and Leona Kleiber. An indoor egg hunt was enjoyed in the afternoon. The Rouths returned to Leona’s home for a visit before returning to Augusta.

The National Society of Collegiate Scholars welcomed Nikki Stenzel to their membership. Nikki will be honored with an induction and convocation this fall on Kansas State University campus. NSCS is a symbol of academic excellence and it offers career benefits and opportunities for service to the college and community. Nikki is the daughter of Tom and Lori Moldenhauer and Greg Stenzel.

Russ Kerbs and Lucille Kerbs went to Abilene Sunday. They met Doug and Connie Thompson and Taylor, Lynda Lowry, Roger Thompson, and Barbara Stensaas of Abilene, Tim and Machelle Kerbs, April Kerbs, and Josh Reidy of Salina for dinner. After dinner, they went to the Thompson home for visiting and refreshments. Allison Phillips and Jeremy Sluder joined them in the afternoon.

Easter weekend guests of Jerry and Jeanne Rziha were Wayne and Shannon Rziha, Cecilia, Anthony, and Daniel of Tulsa, Okla., John and Jeanne Rziha, Michael, Christopher, Joseph, Tim, Tom, Charles, and Anna, Julie Rziha, David and Caterina Rziha, Isabel and Samuel of Atchison, Susie Rziha of Independence, Cecilia Rziha of Wichita, and Bob and Nancy Rziha of Great Bend.

Greg Sklenar of Wichita and Valerie Hampton of Hillsboro spent Saturday and Sunday with their mother, Lois Sklenar.

Tillie Hein was an Easter dinner guest of Bill and Pamela Fillmore of Cottonwood Falls. Other guests were Dolores Scott of Emporia and Rebecca Nottingham, Daniel, Eric, and Emily of Ozawkie.

Easter dinner guests of Gary and Carole Spohn were Ryan Spohn, Adam and Lauren, Jamie Hall, Steve and Sheri Spohn, and Georgia Spohn.

Ronnie and Lisa Hanschu, James and Anna were hosts Sunday of a family Easter dinner. Guests were Tom and Lori Moldenhauer, and Frank and Anna Mae Stika. Nikki Stenzel was an additional supper guest.

Dean and Becky Routh, Allison, Melody, and Danielle of Augusta were Saturday supper and overnight guests of her mother, Leona Kleiber.

Lucille Kerbs went to Abilene Saturday and enjoyed dinner out with her granddaughter, Taylor Thompson.
