Soukup, 121 SW 5th St., Newton, and Curtis Girk, 902 Elm St., Peabody, probation supervision can be transferred to McPherson County.

Frank Mikela Ayers, 1309 Pine Grove Ct., Wichita, pleaded no contest Dec. 17 to driving without a valid driver’s license, charges of speeding (86 in a 65 mph zone) dismissed with prejudice pursuant to plea, found guilty, sentenced to six months unsupervised probation, $533.
