After head cook Barb Bitner had a family emergency earlier this month, others stepped up to help prepare that day’s meal.
Connie Fisher made brownies, Ron Wright browned hamburger for taco salad, and Sue Clough got it all together.
Aulne United Methodist Church group came to the center June 10 for the birthday of Eva Smith.
Pam Bredemeier is a new substitute meal deliverer. The center sends out an average of 15 meals a day.
The center pledged allegiance to the flag and played trivia on June 14 for Flag Day. Several patriotic T-shirts were worn.
Caleb Abbott brought birthday treats June 15.
