Whitney KayAnn Truman

Jarrod and Michelle Truman of Valley Center announce the birth of a daughter, Whitney KayAnn Truman, Oct. 31, 2008, at Via Christi Medical Center-St. Joseph Campus, Wichita.

She weighed 9 pounds 14 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.

She has two brothers, Tyler James, 5½, and Derek Michael, 2½.

Grandparents are Gary and Vickie Hajek of Lost Springs, Peggy Wilson, and Jet and Vicki Truman of Valley Center.

Great-grandparents are Mildred Hajek of Lost Springs and the late Albert Hajek, Ann Boese of Marion and the late Ezra Boese, Jim and Elizabeth Truman of Valley Center, Fred McHugh of Valley Center and the late Bonnie McHugh, and Ray and Pat King of Tyro, Ark.
