More than 30 youth represented Marion County at Regional 4-H Club Day March 16 in El Dorado.

Top Blue awards went to Kara Riffel for her reading, Reece Berens for his reading, Charlie Peters for his project talk, Addie Berens and Kelli Dyck for their instrumental ensemble, and The Stage Kids from Goessel Goal Getters for their skit.

“We had some kids do very well,” extension office secretary Doris Winkler said.

“I am always amazed at how many of them do multiple things, like a talk, a piano solo, public speaking, and participate in a group. And they do well at all of them. Marion County should be proud.”
