The days of house calls by physicians may never come back, but the medical community has substituted a similar practice in Marion County. The Marion County Home Health Agency was established in 1979 to provide medical care and convalescent treatment to homebound patients according to agency director Marilyn Hett. Marsha Ames, executive secretary for the Marion Chamber of Commerce, is pictured as she tours "The Clothes Shop" Wednesday on her rounds of new businesses in town. A "first dollar of profit" was awarded to Merle and Nova Bruner, owners. Chamber representatives also recognized Dr. Don Hodson for his new practice at St. Luke Medical Clinic.
