Billy Winkley was pleasantly surprised to hear his name announced Sunday as winner for the week on the Uncle Frito Joe program over KTVH television. Contestants make a picture by dropping ink on a sheet of paper, then folding the paper which makes a design and naming it. Billy's design portrayed three men duck hunting at night in a boat on a lake. Billy is the ten-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Winkley.
