Accidents reported
The following accidents were reported to Marion County law enforcement agencies:
Jeanne D. Smith, 52, 1511 Goldenrod, Hillsboro, was southbound on Ash Street from the D Street intersection in a 1991 Oldsmobile passenger car at 3 p.m. June 18, and Marilyn K. Hageberg, 70, Burdick, was westbound on D Street in a 2001 Buick passenger car and ran a stop sign on Ash Street, striking the Oldsmobile. Hillsboro Assistant Police Chief Jessey Hiebert reported there were no injuries and less than $1,000 in damages. Jordan McGinn, 9, of the same address, was a passenger in the Oldsmobile.
