Adeline Dixon
Adeline Dixon, 86, died July 30, 2005, at Bethesda Home, Goessel.
Born Jan. 8, 1919, at Lehigh, she was the daughter of Gerhart and Helena (Klassen) Warkentin.
She was a school teacher and member of Parkview Mennonite Brethren Church.
She was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Dixon.
Survivors include a son, Loren Dixon of San Francisco, Calif.; four sisters, Mary Thiessen, Helen Thiessen, and Ruth Wenger, all of Hillsboro, and Lydia McDonald of Tulsa, Okla.; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. today (Wednesday) at Parkview Mennonite Brethren Church, Hillsboro, with Pastor Roy Keller officiating.
Burial was in Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Cemetery.
A memorial fund has been established with Parkview MB Church.
