Ava Catherine Spachek was born at 6:51 p.m. Sept. 14, 2005. She weighed 6 pounds 12 1/2 ounces and was 21 inches long.
Grandparents are Bob and Helen Spachek of Lincolnville and Richard and Wanda Babcock of West Warick, R.I.
Great-grandparents are John Spachek of Wichita and Clara Huelskamp of Fowler.
