Beltz, Makovec engaged
Mike and Linda Beltz of Ramona announce the engagement of their daughter, Dana Beltz to Simon Makovec, son of Gail and Marissa Makovec of Ramona.
Grandparents of the bride-elect were the late Bill and Virginia Wray, the late Bessie (Stenzel) Wray, and the late Martin and Lottie Beltz.
The groom's grandparents are Herman and Audrey Kukuk of Perry, Okla., Jane Makovec of Marion, and the late Florian (Skeeter) Makovec.
Both bride-elect and groom graduated from Centre High School. Beltz will graduate in May from Kansas State University with a degree in animal science.
Her fiancé graduated in May 2005 from Kansas State University with a degree in mechanical engineering.
The couple plans to be married Aug. 2 at St. John Nep. Church, Holy Family Parish, Pilsen.
