Beverly Echtenacher
Beverly J. Echtenacher, 82, died Feb. 19, 2006, at St. Luke Living Center, Marion.
Born June 7, 1923, at LaCrosse, Wis., she was the daughter of Clarence and Clarabelle Horne.
After World War II, she married John W. Hudson in Wisconsin. They lived in South Bend, Ind., and Orange County, Calif.
She later married Robert W. Echtenacher in 1971. The couple lived in Irvine, Calif., until 2002, when they moved to Marion.
She had a successful business career as an executive secretary.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Donald Horne; and son, Ed.
Survivors include her husband, Robert of Marion; two sons, Tom of Bend, Ore., and Jim of Marion; daughter, Janis Maggard of Marion; four grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Marion Presbyterian Church, Marion.
A memorial fund has been established with the church.
