Brandenberger selected for honors choir
Katie Brandenberger, a junior at Berean Academy, auditioned and was accepted to sing in the mixed chorus for the South Central Kansas Music Educators Association district honors choir.
The choir performed Dec. 3 at Weideman Hall, Wichita State University.
Brandenberger also sang Dec. 11 with Tabor College choir at a music festival in Hillsboro.
She is the daughter of Cherri Brandenberger of rural Sedgwick and the late Harry Brandenberger. She is the granddaughter of Dolores Ottensmeier of Marion.
