Cards requested for Goodman's 75th birthday years ago
A card shower has been requested to honor the 75th birthday of Irmagene Goodman.
Born July 20, 1929, in Lost Springs, Irmagene is the daughter of Chris and Emma Deines. She married Gerald Franta Nov. 11, 1947. They had four daughters, Karen Suffield of Lincolnville, Deb Gillett of Marion, Cathy Holub of Tampa, and Lori Clawson of Ellinwood. Gerald died in 1975.
She married Vernon Goodman Feb. 13, 1977. He had four sons, Vernie Goodman of Lee's Summit, Mo., Dan Goodman of Phoenix, Ariz., Brad Goodman of Wellington, and David Goodman of Overland Park. Vernon died in 1998.
She has nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, 10 step-grandchildren, and seven step-great-grandchildren.
