CJHS football smokes St. John s
Centre Junior High Football team pounced on St. John's early Monday and never looked back en route to a 40-12 victory.
CJHS got on the board first with a 32-yard touchdown pass from Ben Krause to Kevin Mueller.
Mueller and Krause hooked up in the second quarter for a 54-yard pass as well.
Krause threw one more touchdown, ran for two, and Mueller returned an interception for a touchdown to complete the Cougar scoring.
Mueller and Ryan Richmond recorded a team-high nine tackles each.
