Bryan Grosse, 25, Marion, driving while license suspended.
Jenny Lunginbill, 29, Wichita, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction, probation violation, and failure to appear.
Norman Coe Jr., 18, Oklahoma City, Okla., failure to appear.
Charles Harlan, 54, Cedar Point, driving under influence and failure to maintain lane.
