Grant Newcomb, 21, El Dorado, failure to appear.
Silke Jahnke, 27, Ramona, driving under influence.
Wayne Kenel, 48, Hillsboro, 48-hour court commitment.
Christopher McDonald, 57, Wichita, 10-day court commitment.
