Shane Killough, 27, Marion, failure to appear.
Anthony Helzer, 20, Marion, forgery and theft.
Jerald Hamm, 38, Newton, 48-hour court commitment.
Jeremy Kinning, 22, Hillsboro, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Audra Jones, 21, Hillsboro, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Derek Lofton, 41, revoke probation.
