Ricky Dale Leshure, charged with possession of hallucinogenic; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Nov. 28.
Karen Fitzmaurice, charged with sale of hallucinogenic and no tax stamp; preliminary hearing at 10 a.m. Dec. 7.
James W. Steele, preliminary at 10 a.m. Dec. 7.
Samuel Hall, charged with giving worthless check; dismissal with prejudice, court cost and restitution paid in full.
Chad Phillip Ingels, plea agreement, sentencing at 10 a.m. Dec. 14.
Wayne A. Kenel, plea agreement, sentencing at 10 a.m. Dec. 14.
Fernando I. Chavez, charged with two counts possession of drug paraphernalia; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, defendant pleads guilty to counts one and two as amended, imposition of sentence suspended for two years, defendant to pay court cost, bids fee, and court appointed attorney fees.
Machelle A. Ratzloff, charged with five counts giving worthless check; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, pleads guilty of count one, all other counts dismissed with prejudice, 30 day controlling term with Marion County Sheriff's Office, 12 months immediate unsupervised probation, pay court costs and restitution within 11 months, once paid matter to be terminated, meet with court service officer one time for payment schedule, not to maintain checking account.
