Trent Lawrence, charged with purchase/consumption of alcoholic liquor by minor and speed; defendant to enter plea of guilty to count two and diversion for count one, $90 costs and fines to be paid in full within 30 days.

Gary Slayden, charged with battery; arraignment at 10 a.m. Dec. 13.
