The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

David M. Gore, charged with possession with hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia; court appoints John Johnson, defendant to pay $50 monthly toward attorney fees, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Feb. 14.

Dave J. Howrey, charged with giving worthless check; first appearance at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 6.

Robert T. Squires, charged with three counts giving worthless check; first appearance at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 6.

April Johnson, preliminary at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 15.

Jerry Hassler, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Feb. 14.

Kaylynn Rudolph, preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 15.

Mark S. Conner, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Feb. 14.

John E. Bram, charged with two counts giving worthless check; dismissal, bond converted to fines, penalties, and forfeitures.

John Finkral, charged with obstructing legal process; dismissal without prejudice upon payment of $117 court cost, attorney fees assessed to state, fees to be paid within 60 days.

Ricky Dale Leshure, charged with possession of hallucinogenic; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, defendant pleads no contest, 60-day controlling sentence with Marion County Sheriff's Office, immediate six-month probation with court service officer, pay costs and fees of $187, serve 48 hours for every positive, refusal, and admission of use of drug/alcohol.

Chad Phillip Ingels, charged with criminal deprivation of property; journal entry of sentencing, 30 days controlling sentence with MCSO, immediate 12 months supervised probation with cso, pay costs and fees of $312, serve 48 hours for every positive, refusal, and admission of use of drug/alcohol, complete 25 hours community service to be done over Chingawassa Days weekend, no contact with Gene Chizek, Michael Darrow, or Randi McCarty.

Chad Phillip Ingels, charged with possession of hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia; journal entry of judgment, court finds defendant guilty of counts one and two, sentenced to 12 months supervised probation with community corrections, notify iso of changes in employment, residence, and phone number, submit to DNA testing, no contact with Joshua Caldwell, not possess, purchase, receive, transport, or use firearms for five years, pay costs and fees of $747.

Ryan Vanwart, charged with possession of hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia; journal entry of sentencing, 30-day controlling sentence with MCSO, immediate one-year supervised probation with cso, serve 48 hours for every positive, refusal, and admission of use of drug/alcohol, not enter any establishment whose primary source of income is from alcohol, obtain alcohol/drug evaluation at own expense, complete 20 hours community service, pay costs and fees of $932.
