The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Nichole Cimorelli, charged with disorderly conduct; first appearance held April 11.

Daniel Tucker, charged with maintaining a public nuisance, refusal to pay toll, and solid waste-unlawful act; first appearance held April 11.

Chi Bishop, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. May 9.

Dale Bentley, preliminary at 9:30 a.m. May 3.

Troy Watts, charged with unlawful discharge of firearms and disorderly conduct; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, defendant enters plea of guilty to count one, court dismisses count two with prejudice, immediate six months probation with court service officer, pay costs and fees of $242.

Kamoru Adesunbo, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. April 24.

Michael Darrow, charged with criminal damage to property, criminal restraint, and battery; journal entry of judgment, 48 months with department of correction, 12 months post-release supervision, $720 costs and fees, state agrees to dismiss all pending revocations of probation motions with cases considered terminated unsuccessfully, cost remaining at end of sentence will be turned over for collection, defendant waives right to appeal.

Michael Darrow, charged with theft by deception and disorderly conduct; sentenced to 30 days with Marion County Sheriff's Office, concurrent with other charges, pay $66.09 restitution to Johnson's General Store.

Michael Darrow, charged with criminal deprivation of property and two counts criminal trespass; sentenced to six months for both count one and two in custody of MCSO concurrent to other charges, pay $139.62 restitution.

Otho H. Browning, sentencing at 9 a.m. May 18.

Marc A. Thomas, charged with aggravated assault, possession of hallucinogenic, and possession of drug paraphernalia; journal entry of judgment, immediate 24 months supervised probation with community corrections, fees of $1,207, no contact with victim.
