Joshua Vines, charged with possession of depressant, no tax stamp, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating vehicle without license; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. May 3.

Joseph E. Willems, charged with two counts aggravated assault, criminal possession of firearm, and driving while license suspended; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. May 3.

Travis R. Grosse, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. May 9.

Christopher Metcalf, charged with furnishing alcohol to minor; diversion agreement with order of continuance and dismissal.

Bryan T. Grosse, charged with possession of hallucinogenic, driving while license suspended, and speed; journal entry of judgment, 11 months with doc for count one and 30 days with Marion County Sheriff's Office for count two, 18 months probation with cso, costs and fees of $1,047.
