Christopher R. Hamm, arraignment at 1:15 p.m. June 21.

Kevin Bernhardt, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. June 26.

Judith Miller, bench trial at 10 a.m. July 3.

Jon R. Karr, plea hearing at 9:45 a.m. July 3.

Christopher Gibson, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. July 3.

David M. Gore, charged with criminal use of weapons; dismissed with prejudice, costs assessed to state.

Stephanie Jacobson, charged with driving under influence of alcohol, purchase/consumption of alcohol by minor, and speed; journal entry of judgment, diversion agreement with order of continuance and dismissal, costs and fees of $843.

Nathan Pohlman, charged with possession of hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia; diversion agreement with order of continuance and dismissal, costs and fees of $252.

Yoben Ratzlaff, charged with furnishing alcohol to minor; journal entry of sentencing, 30 days controlling sentence, defendant to serve 48 hours, 12 months supervised probation with court service officer, 25 hours community service work, costs and fees of $187.

Brandon S.
