The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:
Lee M. Sorensen, purchase/consumption of alcohol by a minor, miscellaneous fish and game violations, and consumption of alcohol in a public place; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. June 19.
Otho H. Browning, charged with rape, aggravated indecent liberties with a child, attempted aggravated indecent liberties with a child, and three counts of aggravated criminal sodomy; pled guilty to one count of attempted and one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child; remaining charges were dismissed; 127 months in custody of department of corrections, 60 months post-release supervision, no contact with victim, must register as a sex offender, and fees and costs of $297.
