The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Marc A. Johnson, charged with possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs; no drug tax stamp; driving while license suspended, first conviction; and transporting an open container; first appearance at 9:45 a.m. June 26.

Israel Ocampo, charged with possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs; no drug tax stamp; possession of depressant/stimulants/hallucinogenics/steroids; possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; operating a motor vehicle without valid license; no liability insurance for vehicle; and failure to yield at stop or yield sign; bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. June 26.

Vincent C. Madron, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. July 24.

Derek B. Voth, plead guilty to purchase/consumption of alcoholic liquor/cereal malt beverage by minor; defendant to pay $117 court costs and $200 fine.

Dennis W. Hancock, violated burn ban; restitution set at $221.14.

William Grosse, transporting an open container, dismissed; plead guilty to obstructing legal process; 30-day controlling sentence, one-year supervised probation with court services officer, $117 costs, $25 probation fee, and $45 booking fee, must obtain an alcohol/drug evaluation at own expense.

Anthony W. Nowak, plead guilty to giving a worthless check less than $500; 60-day controlling sentence to be concurrent with department of corrections time, $117 costs, court-appointed attorney fees, $45 booking fee, and $119.37 restitution, matter to be turned over to court trustee if not paid in full by July 1, 2007.

Justin Anderson, plead guilty to battery; 60-day controlling sentence, 12 months supervised probation with CSO, $117 costs, $25 probation fee, $45 booking fee, and court appointed attorney fees, 25 hours community service work, obtain a psychological evaluation within 60 days at own expense.

Amber L. Grover, charged with giving a worthless check less than $500.

Grant W. Anderson, giving a worthless check for less $500; case dismissed, $117 costs and restitution.

K.C. Jost, theft of services less than $1,000, case dismissed upon payment of $117 costs and $125 attorney fees.

Holly A. Dexter, two counts of forgery, and criminal use of a financial card, more than $500 and less than $25,000; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. July 5.
