The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Wendy L. Youk, charged with three counts of giving a worthless check; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. July 17.

Joshua Vines, charged with possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; posted $7,500 bond; bond appearance at 11 a.m. July 17.

Isrel Ocampo, charged with possession of opiates, opium or narcotic drugs, no drug tax, possession of depressant, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, no liability insurance for vehicle, failure to stop or yield; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. July 12.

Billie J. Fleming, charged with possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 16.

Christopher L. Ramsey, charged with possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, no drug stamp, possession of depressant, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of a firearm; posted $12,500 bond; bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. July 17.

Michael Wheeler, preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 2.

Greg Clements, charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor; plead no contest; five-day controlling sentence, six months unsupervised probation, $117 costs and $250 fine to be paid within 90 days, pay $100 by July 1, eight hours community service work.

Matt L. Nelson, charged with consumption of liquor in a public place; diversion agreement with order of dismissal.

John W. Darnall, plea hearing at 2:45 p.m. July 5.

Kimberly M. Harris, preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. July 12.

Joseph E. Willems, second conviction for driving under influence of alcohol or drugs, driving while license is suspended, fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, transporting an open container; defendant waived right of formal arraignment and entered a plea of no contest to DUI, pursuant to plea agreement, remaining charges were dismissed, defendant to complete an alcohol/drug evaluation to be set by county attorney, community services officer to prepare a pre-sentence evaluation, sentencing at 11 a.m. Aug. 15, defendant to remain in custody.
